Private dining at Maison Dorval is not the standard restaurant experience with the doors closed. It is the beginning of a conversation between you, Chef Dorval, and Isabelle — about the occasion, the guests, the flavours, and the wines — that results in something created entirely for the evening in question.
We offer three formats, and we are happy to discuss arrangements that fall outside them. Please begin with an enquiry and we will take it from there.
The Salon Dorval is our private first-floor dining room — a room of polished oak, warm light, and complete discretion. It is the natural choice for a proposal, a significant birthday, a family anniversary. Chef Dorval designs a menu for the occasion, and Isabelle selects the wines.

A Maison Dorval corporate dinner is designed to reward, impress, and connect. We work closely with your team to create an experience that reflects the character of your organisation — whether that means an informal sharing menu around the long table of the Salon, or a formal dinner in the full restaurant.

For the grandest occasions — a milestone celebration, a wedding dinner, a private launch — Maison Dorval is available for full exclusive hire, from seven in the evening until the last guest departs. Chef Dorval and his team are entirely at your disposal for the duration.

Chef Dorval designs a menu specifically for your event — season, occasion, and guest preferences all considered.
Isabelle curates a wine selection to accompany your menu, including the option of a structured pairing.
We work with a trusted Paris florist to dress the private room to your specification. No detail is too small.
A private events manager and dedicated service team are assigned to your evening from aperitif to digestif.
Each place setting includes a printed menu card — a keepsake of the evening, personalised if you wish.
Every dietary requirement, allergy, or preference is met in full — without compromise to the quality of any other dish on the table.
